We recommend booking a hotel in the city centre. (There is limited capacity near campus.) It is easy to travel to the campus via bus. The city centre is quite enjoyable. Your conference package will include a bus ticket valid throughout the week.
We have made block reservations in several hotels. These reservations expire officially 30 August 2013. "Unofficially", several hotels have extended the reservation for an extra 10-15 days. Please use the following hotel reservation form (.pdf) to be completed and sent to the travel agency via fax or email as mentioned on the form. Of course, you may also book your hotel by other means.
You should be able to find a hotel also after the deadline. In this case, we recommend web pages such as booking.com.
